Amani Upendo Wellness Coaching is a faith based coaching practice and the goal is to promote wellness for everyone and have the access to resources readily available for those in need.

Essentially, accessible wellness involves making information and resources related to health and wellness more accessible to the general public. This can include providing health information in easily accessible formats. Examples include websites, mobile apps, offering virtual support groups, and hosting in-person or virtual workshops.

Amani Upendo Wellness is partnering with Bathgate Golf Center on August 19th 2023 from 4pm to 7pm.
