Ongoing Events
- Learn about Black history in Mississauga through the stories of young Caribbean Canadians who shaped a distinctly Canadian culture here in the 1980s at the special exhibition created by a BIPOC Community Curator, Generation X Marks the Spot: Black History in Mississauga at the Bradley Museum.
- From September 26 – December 15, visit Bradley Museum for Out of the Vault, a special exhibition showcasing 50 unique artifacts in celebration of the city’s 50-year history, and the hidden stories behind each of them.
- Enjoy a family-friendly musical comedy as Something Rotten! comes to Meadowvale Theatre from November 29 – December 8.
- Until January 31, learn about Malton’s Aviation History through some of the rarely seen photographs from the Museums of Mississauga’s historic collection on display at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
- Wander amongst snowmen, step under the world’s tallest tree of lights, and meet Santa Claus during Holiday Season at illumi until January 5.
- Explore an enchanted world at the Mississauga Festival of Trees, where art installations, markets and music will take over the Small Arms Inspection Building from December 6 – 15.

- December 1: Shop for one-of-a-kind Victorian to mid-century modern gifts from over 80 vendors at The Sunday Antique Market at the Small Arms Inspection Building.
- December 1: Creatives of all kinds are invited to The Art Shelter for a monthly open-ended jam session, Jam with us!
- December 1: Be dazzled by a holiday classic with The State Ballet Theatre of Ukraine’s production of The Nutcracker at the Living Arts Centre.
December 2 - 8:
- December 3: Catch the future stars of the NBA as the Raptors 905 face off against the Greensboro Swarm at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre.
- December 5: Join Glass Tiger with special guest MuchMusic VJ, Erica Ehm, for this “one-of-a-kind” retrospective at the Living Arts Centre.
- December 7: Enjoy an evening of holiday favourites with East Coast flavour during A Holiday Celebration with the Barra MacNeils presented by the Mississauga Festival Choir at the Living Arts Centre.
- December 7: Welcome Toronto Rock to Mississauga for their home opener game as they face the Ottawa Black Bears.
- December 8: Bring your family and your wish lists for Breakfast with Santa to enjoy holiday fun, crafts and games at the Mississauga Civic Centre.
- December 8: See The Strumbellas and special guest Wyatt C. Louis live at the Living Arts Centre as they perform an evening of alt-country hits that will have you stomping, clapping and dancing along.
December 9 - 15:
- December 12: Take a break from cooking and enjoy a delectable lunch buffet curated by LIVE Restaurant’s chef at its Holiday Lunch
- December 13: Pick the winner at The Debaters Live Holiday Tour, a comedy stage show where comics go mistletoe to toe in a battle of laughs and logic, happening at the Living Arts Centre.
- December 13 – 14: See some of the best martial arts athletes from around the globe as they compete at The 2024 Toronto International Tournament of Martial Arts Champions at the Paramount Fine Foods Centre.
- December 14: Join the Mississauga Youth Symphony Orchestra as they present A Merry Little Christmas in a joint performance with the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra at the Living Arts Centre.
- December 14: Root for Toronto Rock as they face the Georgia Swarm.
- December 15: Celebrate the holiday season with the King himself during the Elvis – Wonderful World of Christmas tribute show at Meadowvale Theatre.
